This ProTraxx is free of SUISA, GEMA, AKM, SACEM, ASCAP, JASRAC, SOCAN, PRS, STIM, etc. From our side, there is no need to register the ProTraxx with a collecting society.

In order to guarantee the prices for music without collecting society, however, there is a obligatory naming of ProTraxx in the project of 5 seconds: Music by PHONOG3N.

Otherwise we offer a buyout on request, which has to be agreed with PHONOGEN before publishing the Work. More Details under License Conditions (sec 1.2d).
