Frische Farbe - Fresh Color

Gutze Gautsche is not a blank slate, although this probably no longer exists in the “Facebook” generation anyway, as can be read unmistakably in everyone's chronicle, but the longer the more at the expense of quality and Gutze Gautsche had to struggle with this again and again in the 80s, albeit at a high level, but always in direct comparison to the international competition.

Originally a punk band in 1978, he started making music with Dieter Meier (Yello) under the name "Frische Farbe" and released two singles with him, "Cry for fame" and "no change", after which Meier left to join Yellow. After that, however, things really took off with “Frischer Farbe” with Danny Amsler joining as drummer and Liza Wü as singer, who left the band in 1985 after a failed attempt to gain a foothold in the NDW scene. After that the band was called “Fresh Color” and dedicated itself to the emerging dance movement, which led to the discovery of DJ Bobo (Somebody dance with me) in 1993. Gutze Gautsche is a self-made producer, composer, musician and, with Fresh Music, also a publisher. Here is the song "oh, oh... Boys" from 1982 from the NDW times in connection with the legendary Big Apple Club in Zurich-Altstetten!
