Ulrich Schnauss - A long way to fall

Ulrich Schnauss was recommended to me by a friend over the phone and I promptly researched Ulrich Schnauz, because the narrowband phone still leaves room for interpretation in 2020.

Schnauss has been releasing electronic music since the mid-90s, mostly with an open structure. But it wasn't until 2001, with the release of the album “Far Away Trains Passing By”, that he made his breakthrough, partly because he himself says that he no longer produced for electronic target groups, but for himself. The artist is now able to make a living from his music and this is certainly also due to the remixes he has produced for Depeche Mode (little 15). Born in Kiel in the year 77, he lived in London for many years, but according to the latest information he has sold his studio there and moved back to Hamburg. This information comes from a Reddit post in which a user reports having learned from Jerome Froese that Schnauss now lives in Hamburg...
